Urban Planner (m/f/d)

Complete Higher Education or Higher Education Programme of the Department of Urban Development and Urban Planning, Urban Planning, Urban and Regional Planning, Urban and Spatial Planning or Urban Studies Long-term professional experience in urban planning on the basis of the required study Ideally experience with or in municipal building management Important competences: Wide expertise in urban planning Self-employed, systematic and holistic work Good organizational capacity Responsible and targeted action Own initiative and active voting behaviour Cooperative behaviour and team skills Communicative competence or customer-oriented behaviour Economic thinking and action

Development or support of urban planning framework plans, construction plans and other urban planning regulations and technical assistance of project-related construction plans Development of urban planning drafts and concepts and their planning implementation in legally secure fixings Controlling quarter developments and measures to attract central areas Coordination of planning with the departments and authorities Coordination and preparation of environmental reports Representation of planning in political bodies and in the context of public participation Participation in the award of planning services, the drafting of urban contracts and the implementation of planning Planning assessment of applications including consulting citizens, builders, architects and investors The willingness to participate in appointments also outside the regular working time (in the evening hours and, if necessary, on weekends) is assumed.
