Nurse - Neonatology (m/f/d)

For our team of neonatology at Campus South, we are now looking for a dedicated nursing specialist for the women's milk bank and dairy cuisine, which ensures the care of our smallest patients with heart and expertise.

Tasks:

• take over the technical responsibility in the area of the Milk Bank and Milk Kitchen
• Appropriate adoption, preparation and pasteurization of women's milk donations and precise preparation of special and infant food
• guidance and guidance of mothers around the topic of breast milk production, pumping and hygiene incl. Support for breast milk analyses
• Ensuring and developing quality standards, work processes and hygiene concepts
• Participation in scientific studies and microbiological sampling and careful documentation of all measures
• Control of ordering, storage and control

Requirements:

• Completed training as a nurse, ideally with deepening in the paediatrics
• Continuing training for the nursing and lactation counselor IBCLC or comparable qualification desirable
• Responsible, structured and independent working including high hygiene awareness
• High sensitivity as well as joy in the advice and support of mothers
• Adaptability incl. readiness for shift and weekend work
• Team spirit and interest in interdisciplinary cooperation
