We are looking for a motivated personality for our Corporate Strategy & Development department at the Ulm-Donautal site as soon as possible INHOUSE CONSULTANT (M/W/D) CORPORATE STRATEGY & DEVELOPMENT

As part of the Corporate Strategy & Development Team, you actively drive the strategic orientation and development of UZIN UTZ. You participate independently in the formulation, implementation and communication of our strategy at all levels - up to the Executive Board/C level. You coordinate governance and control mechanisms for strategic success measurement. You take over the management of strategic initiatives and projects at Group level. You support in our M&A and PMI process as needed. The conception and support of group-wide workshops and events complete the very diverse range of tasks.

You have completed a qualifying degree with a higher degree (e.g.: Master, Diploma or the like). You have professional experience in an internal strategy function or strategy consulting. You can quickly develop concepts and implement them in practice. Your strong analytical skills, as well as their independent and result-oriented way of working, are excellent. Team skills, good knowledge of English and a quick understanding round off your profile. Solid and practical knowledge of project management (GPM/IPMA Level D) is a plus.
