Since our foundation in 2011, we have been following a clear vision: We want to use the potential of microbiota (bacteria) in our intestine specifically for a longer and healthier life - for all people.

With the discovery and clinical research of the unique bacterial strain B. bifidum MIMBb75 in 2013, we were able to significantly improve the lives of millions of stimulus patients worldwide. The effectiveness of our product Kijimea Irritation Darm and the unique mechanism of action behind it were demonstrated in numerous clinical studies and published in renowned journals such as The Lancet.

Today we work with leading research institutions such as Charité Berlin to explore the links between the microbiota (bacteria in our intestine) and allergies, skin diseases and mental disorders. Together with you, we want to make Kijimea the world's largest probiotics brand by 2028 and give more than 50 million people a better life each year.

As a team leader for operational purchasing (w/m/d), you will support your team for goods availability. You coordinate the operational purchasing and disposition of our wage manufacturers as well as the flow of goods via the central warehouse, regional warehouse and online filling partner. As a disciplinary supervisor (w/m/d), you have full personnel responsibility, perform your dedicated team and make sure that our products are purchased in time and sufficient. You are analysing sales and demand data and continuously optimizing the ordering activities for wage manufacturers and suppliers. You guarantee an effective supply chain in all countries and sales channels and always find the right solution for bottlenecks. Your task is to optimize the supply chain processes in terms of goods availability, delivery times, security stocks and stock reduction. Your team is intensively involved in product solutions that you coordinate with project purchase and product management. You also work closely with colleagues from e-commerce. You identify quality and cost reduction potentials and implement them. Central processes such as stockpiling, quality requirements and monthly accounts also opt for the use of IT tools and calculation models.

A successfully completed study in a relevant field (e.g. economics, economic engineering, supply chain) as well as at least 2 years of experience in the disciplinary team management form a solid basis for mastering the challenges. You burn for your themes and take full responsibility with much personal motivation. Pumps and problems spore on, and you can find pragmatic solutions. You like to work on many topics at the same time and always keep an overview. You have experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP B1 or SAP HANA, and speak German and English in a safe manner. Other foreign language skills such as Spanish, Italian or French are advantageous as we operate in an international environment.
