You are friendly and competent on the phone. You accept telephone and written requests, process and document them reliably. You actively call customers on missed calls. You process enquiries that enter via the central e-mail address – qualified and service-oriented. You will forward specialist cases to the relevant areas and ensure a smooth flow of information. You participate in the optimization of internal processes and introduce your ideas. You support the incorporation of new colleagues. You work closely with your team management and internal interfaces.

You have a completed commercial training (e.g. a merchant for office communication or for wholesale and foreign trade management). You're enjoying phone calls and dealing with people. First professional experience in customer service is desirable. You work service- and solution-oriented and keep an overview even in lively situations. You communicate clearly, reliably and value-adding. You bring team spirit and you want to actively shape a new area. You're sure to deal with MS-Office and common communication systems.

Our service quality depends directly on good accessibility – that is why we work flexibly, but reliable in the team and clear, team-oriented working time regulations apply: Telephone hours Monday – Thursday: 08:00–17:00 Friday: 08:00–15:00 Parttime models Parttime is explicitly possible (from 20 hours a week). The following conditions apply: Part-time employees take over the ''shift'' until 17:00 on two days a week. Part-time models such as: 13:00–17:00 are possible. Pure morning shifts'' are not possible because we cover the telephone times fair in the team. We live gliding time, coordinated within the team. The team management is also actively on the phone – we are a common service team.
