You support our private banking team in day-to-day business and contribute significantly to the first-class support of our upscale private customers. Your main tasks: Support of Private Banking Advisors in Administrative and Organisational Day Business Pre- and post-processing of customer talks Date management and coordination of customer events Processing of customer requests and correspondence Creation and maintenance of customer, contract and communication documents Maintenance and updating of customer data in our systems Filter function for customer requests Ensuring a professional and service-oriented customer presence Relieving employees of the Private Banking area of routine activities to create free spaces for market management Your profile: Completed commercial training, ideally in banking Enthusiasm for entering new land and developing a new area from the beginning Experience in private banking desirable Embossed service and customer orientation Joy in handling interesting customers High discretion, sense of responsibility and teamability Friendly and professional appearance We offer: A challenging, interesting and responsible area of responsibility in a dynamic environment.
