Become part of our dynamic team and actively support the preparation of exciting projects in the field of building technology. You will check incoming project planning requests, provide complete information and pass quality-proof projects to our project planning team. With your structured work, you will create the basis for smooth processes and successful customer projects. Initial examination of project planning requests from the external service or directly from customers with regard to the completeness of the information and control of required plan documents (architecture, heating, sanitary plans) Retrieving missing data and documents through proactive and clear communication with customers and the field service Installation and maintenance of projects in the CRM system (Salesforce) including careful administrative processing of all relevant fields Central interface between sales, customers, technology and project planning Preparation and qualified handover of the fully tested projects to the project planning team Documentation, tracking and reporting of ongoing processes Working with the optimization of internal processes, in particular in the area of data quality and sequence issues

Complete technical or commercial training with a strong technical understanding First experience in project coordination, construction or TGA industry of advantage Impressed organisational capacity and structured working Communication strength and safe occurrence in customer and partner contact Safe handling of MS Office; Knowledge of ERP/CRM systems desirable Very good German knowledge in word and writing, English knowledge of advantage
