Lead Customer Solution Manager - Analytics & Simulation (m/w/d) now and in full time at one of our BWI locations. In the field of Analytics & Simulation (A&S), we develop and operate IT for the Bundeswehr, which is required for the collection, analysis, compilation and use of data to achieve information dominance and superior decision speed. As Customer Solution Manager (m/w/d), you are responsible for the development and operation of solutions in the A&S business segment. In A&S, we develop innovative solutions for digital transformation for and with our customer Bundeswehr. On the one hand, the focus is on big data processes and on the other hand increasingly on the use of artificial intelligence, in particular generic AI.

Central customer response across all phases of A&S solutions and ensuring a stable operation of A&S solutions

Responsibility for analyzing, structuring and evaluating customer needs

Professional responsibility for the creation and implementation of solutions

Coordination of internal service units in cooperation with project management Working in interdisciplinary teams and working groups with the Bundeswehr

Preparation and implementation of circuits, Jour Fixes and operational meetings

Support in cost control and the creation of evaluations and reports

Completed studies or comparable in the STEM area

About 6 years of relevant professional experience, such as IT architect, technical IT consultant or IT project management

Found experience in solution management for IT solutions, ideally in the areas of software as a service and AI

Deep understanding of modern IT architectures: cloud, databases, data analytics, data engineering, generic AI, and relevant frameworks and libraries

Extensive knowledge in IT service management as well as in request analysis and consulting

Experience in information security and data protection, preferably in the administrative environment

Embossed analytical thinking, sense of responsibility and goal orientation, high organisational ability and the ability to process complex relationships structuredly and to communicate solution-oriented
