Maintenance, maintenance and development of parks, green spaces and playgrounds in our residential areas Conducting all horticultural works: care of lawns, wood, dams and alternating plants Smaller road and pavement work, fence construction, installation and disassembly of parking equipment Operation, guidance and maintenance of machinery, equipment and vehicles Waste and waste disposal incl. professional disposal Implementation of small repairs and maintenance measures Participation in winter service with readiness

Gardener preferably in the field of gardening and landscape construction or nursery and corresponding comprehensive gardening expertise Ideally, a driving licence of class B or BE, desirable C1/C1E/CE Teamability, commitment and flexibility Organizational and good communication skills in handling tenants Reliability and Compulsory Consciousness, Responsibility and Performance Unrestricted physical fitness for the task Ability to work independently Willingness to use as part of the call-ready in winter service as well as occasional work outside regular working hours and weekends
