Construction and development of the area in the coming years Development and support of marketing strategies for our retail media activities – focusing on the expansion and optimal use of our advertising areas Coordination of the operational implementation of Retail Media campaigns – incl. Timing, Budgets and Internal/External Votings Development and implementation of marketing measures to increase awareness of the net retail media portfolio Acquisition of new partners:inside and supporting brand and media customers:inside Control of external agencies and further development of retail media offerings based on learnings & market trends Close cooperation with internal interfaces such as purchasing, sales marketing, press and IT – you keep the threads in your hands Designing processes and structures in a growing area with a lot of potential Creation of reporting, analysis of performance data and derivation of concrete optimization potentials

A completed degree in marketing, media, communication, BWL or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in marketing, campaign management or project environment – ideally in trade or with retail media Interest in retail media, digital media, data-driven marketing and new marketing channels in retail Structured, independent working and organizational talent – you keep an overview, even if it gets hectic Professional appearance and communicative strength in dealing with agencies, service providers and internal departments Fun at coordination, responsibility and building new processes You are reliable, solution-oriented and motivated to raise retail media at net to a new level
