Team Leadership & Performance: You take over the technical and disciplinary leadership of your team, set clear goals and ensure compliance with internal KPIs. SSC interface: You coordinate the shared service center (SSC) in day-to-day business and continuously opt for operational cooperation. Process optimization: As a core contact partner, you solve overriding questions throughout the Procure-to-pay process (including for supplier, booking and reminder requests). Finance: You actively support the smooth creation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts.

Funded basis: A completed economic studies (Focus Finance) or a comparable commercial training. Leadership & Practice: Multi-annual well-founded professional experience in the financial sector including demonstrable leadership competence. Group environment: experience in cooperation with international stakeholders and in global matrix structures. Expertise & IT know-how: Excellent knowledge in accounting processes, safe handling of MS Office (above) and system affinity (e.g. SAP, JD Edwards, Cargowise, Medius). Soft Skills: Excellent communication and motivation, a sovereign appearance and fluent knowledge of German and English.
