You have the disciplinary and professional responsibility for EMEA-Tech support You structure the area with agreement of your manager both technically and organizationally They support and support our international and national clients: both by telephone and in writing in technical problems and questions You are responsible for the Trouble Shooting/Technical Support for Arthrex Integration Solutions You document the support cases in CRM They collect technical and regulatory information for the processing of individual customer requests They work closely with our internal technicians: inside as well as other interfaces in the company (sales, purchasing, subsidiaries, central/product development in the USA etc.) They actively participate in the development of the department and optimize the processes with regard to technical support for Arthrex in EMEA

You have successfully completed a vocational training in the IT sector (for example as a specialist informatics:in or IT system electronics:in) or have a comparable qualification You have already gained appropriate professional experience, have experience in dealing with customers and have extensive knowledge in data processing/network technology You have experience in setting up and operating server hardware and Windows server operating systems With the current MS Office programs you are perfectly familiar and ideally have first SAP knowledge You have experience and fun in the further development and development of tasks You have very good German and English skills A strong service idea and a high customer orientation as well as very good communication skills with customers on the phone complete your profile
