Project Manager Regional Finance (m/f/d)

Regional project responsibility: You assume regional responsibility in the global SAP-S/4HANA project, represent the AMEA perspective in the global project team and are central contact persons for regional stakeholders and local companies. Create global solutions: bundle, structure and challenge business and finance requirements from AMEA countries and ensure that these are taken into account in the global solution and process design. Drivers of harmonised financial processes: You are co-designing the future finance processes in SAP S/4HANA, promoting standardization and harmonisation in the region and ensuring alignment with global templates, corporate guidelines and best practices in the industrial environment. Coordinator for central project phases: You accompany the essential project phases in your region – from Fit-to-Standard workshops, integration and user acceptance tests to Cutover, Go-Live and Hypercare – and keep an eye on dates, quality and tuning. Accompanying change in the region: You work closely with local finance and business teams, support change management and communication measures and ensure that users are prepared to accept the new system and the transition runs smoothly.

Funded Finance/Controlling expertise: You have a completed study of economics, BWL, Finance, Controlling or a comparable degree course and have relevant professional experience in controlling, in business analysis or a similar function – ideally related to SAP transformation projects. Safe in handling systems and data: You master common MS Office applications and bring practical experience with SAP R/3 and/or S/4HANA. End-to-end finance processes are familiar to you and you can transfer technical requirements into stable system and process solutions. Structured, analytic, solution-oriented: You work structured and analytic, have a good sense of priorities, keep an overview of several parallel topics and advance projects in the international environment pragmatically. Strong personality with readiness to travel: You act with integrity and sense of responsibility, work independently and at the same time team-oriented and bring the willingness to regularly travel as well as temporary operations in the AMEA region to make the transformation visible on site. Communicative and powerful in the region: You have excellent English skills in word and writing; Other languages are advantageous. You communicate clearly, addressably and at eye level and can bring together different interests.
