Architect / Market Planner (m/f/d)

Market planning: As an architect / market planner (gn), you bring fresh wind into the design of our markets with your ideas. Together with our international regions, the expansion team and our project leaders, you will set up building and installation plans - from Scribbles to complete detailed plans. Retail and area design: You take the design planning for sales areas as well as functional and logistics areas in the indoor and outdoor areas of our markets. To do this, you will plan area calculations and layouts as well as 3D visualizations and detail plans. Project development: In your planning, you will meet our standards and guide concrete projects from the needs of our regions. You will also participate in the design of new market formats and in other special projects. Planning agreement: Last but not least, you present your design plans and discuss them with the judges from market perspective and other areas of expertise.

Qualification: You have successfully completed your studies in the field of architecture or a comparable vocational training to the architect or technical designer. Know-how: You have well-founded professional experience in setup planning or a comparable area of responsibility. Experience in retail and assortment skills are a big plus! CAD expert: As a planning expert, you are versed in handling ArchiCAD or a comparable 3D CAD software.
