Global Process Owner SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (m/f/d)

As a Global Process Owner (GPO) for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, you shape and manage our future Group-wide HR core system. It focuses not only on the system landscape, but above all on efficient, standardized and scalable HR processes. In close cooperation with HR, IT, international stakeholders and external partners, you ensure that Employee Central is continuously developed as a modern, integrated and sustainable HR system. Responsibility for the global HR core processes in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (including personal master data, organization management and job architecture) Further development and harmonisation of processes, standards and governance structures taking into account country-specific requirements in Europe Professional responsibility for the functional design of Employee Central, including Business Rules, Workflows, MDF Objects and Permissions Ensuring consistent and scalable HR data model and high data quality assessment and prioritization of requirements and change requests with regard to process standardization, data integrity and integration capability Continuous optimization of the existing solution and preparation for future extensions within the SuccessFactors Suite Close cooperation with HR executives, HR Business partners, IT and external service providers Presentation of workshops and international voting formats for the further development of processes and systems Support for release processes, tests and sustainable documentation

Multiannual experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, ideally in international or European rollout projects Deep understanding of HR core processes and the SuccessFactors data model Experience as a Process Owner, Product Owner or in a comparable functional leadership role Outstanding knowledge in process management, governance and stakeholder management Experience in international HR environments, preferably within Europe Analytical and process-oriented thinking with high affinity for standardization and scalability Communication strength, persuasiveness and a safe occurrence at professional and management level Very good knowledge of German and English Readiness to travel within Europe as required
