Software Product Assurance & Quality Manager (m/f/d)

Planning, control and implementation of the software quality program in its own responsibility Management of quality reviews and quality milestones, including complete preparation and reprocessing Examination of internal and external documentation for conformity with applicable requirements and approval for use Responsibility for the steering of non-compliant products and management of the relevant decision bodies Support the department in implementing efficient quality processes for software products and active Participation in continuous process improvement Close cooperation with the departments and coordination of the flow of information to achieve the quality objectives Regular reporting to the project management and the responsible department

Complete technical or scientific studies or a comparable qualification with the ability to apply theoretical knowledge in practice Multiannual professional experience in product and quality assurance within software development and well-founded Knowledge of relevant standards and standards (e.g. ISO, EN, AQAP, ECSS) Impressed communication skills and experience in the moderation of conversations and meetings, including structured documentation of results Ability to keep an overview even in parallel topics, focus on priorities and not lose sight of the overall picture Strong interest in complex problems, processes and detailed questions routine in making decisions and in their clear representation Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Flexibility and willingness and joy for business trips
