Senior Project Developer (m/f/d)

In this position, you take over the holistic control of demanding real estate projects and work closely with the management, internal departments and external partners. You actively shape forward-looking real estate concepts and contribute significantly to their successful implementation. Responsible management of real estate projects from acquisition to transfer to distribution Examination and assessment of properties and real estate assets as regards their development and use potentials Creation of cost-effectiveness calculations as well as market and location analyses Analysis and clarification of planning and construction conditions Development of sustainable project and usage concepts in cooperation with internal and external project participants Coordination and control of construction and approval planning Close cooperation with municipalities, authorities, operators, banks, investors and other business partners Preparation and monitoring of negotiations and coordination with relevant stakeholders Ensuring economic, timely and qualitative project objectives Technical coordination of the project development team in close cooperation with the CDO and the management Creation of decision bases, presentations and project reports for internal decision-making processes

Successfully completed studies in the field of architecture, civil engineering, real estate management, real estate economics, business management or a comparable qualification At least ten years of professional experience in the project development of real estate, ideally focusing on residential, nursing or social real estate Funded knowledge of the cost-effectiveness assessment and building and planning law Safe handling of market, location and potential analyses Experience in managing complex projects and cooperating with different stakeholders Embossed entrepreneurial and economic thinking Negotiating skills and sovereign appearance towards municipalities, authorities, investors and business partners Structured, independent and solution-oriented operation High levels of decision-making, enforcement and sense of responsibility Communication strength, team spirit and the ability to win people for common goals
