Marketing Allrounder / Graphic Designer – digital & print (m/f/d)

In this newly created position, you make sure that our company is modern, professional and brand-friendly to the outside. You bundle all themes around website, social media, graphics and online marketing and develop a coherent brand image for the B2B sector. Your core tasks are: Responsibility for our external appearance and ensuring a uniform brand image Development and maintenance of our website and online shops (WordPress, WooCommerce) Support and further development of our social media channels Planning and evaluation of online marketing and SEO/SEA measures Creation of text, image and video content for website, social media and newsletter Designing advertising materials such as flyers, banners and brochures Care and optimization of product pages on the website and Amazon Support in packaging and graphic projects

Professional experience: You bring experience in marketing, media design or visual communication. You are safe in designing online and print materials and have already worked with websites or webshops. You also have knowledge in SEO and SEA (e.g. Google Ads) as well as in dealing with social media. Teamwork: You have already worked in smaller or medium-sized companies or agencies and appreciates this work environment. Working time: You are looking for a responsible part-time job with at least 16 or up to 25 hours a week. If you have additional experience in printing data processing, up to 30 hours are possible. Your working time is flexible within our office hours and can be customized. Homeoffice is possible as required. Working methods: You like to work independently, structured and reliable and find creative solutions. You like to take responsibility for your projects and have a good sense of developing a harmonious brand image. Qualification: You have an education or study in the field of marketing, media design, communication design, digital media, visual communication or e-commerce or you bring a comparable professional experience as marketing all-rounders, marketing assistance or graphic designers. Tools: You master Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and have first experience with marketing tools such as Google Ads, Analytics or the Meta Business Suite as well as basic knowledge of WordPress and WooCommerce. Language skills: You have very good German skills and basic English skills.
