Complete master's degree in a task-relevant field, such as civil engineering, urban water management, environmental engineering (focus on building or water) or a comparable qualification Knowledge gained in the performance phases of HOAI, VOB and in building and water law; comprehensive confidentiality with planning and construction processes Experience in the successful supervision of municipal water management projects and in project controlling, in particular in the management of costs, dates and quality Ideally relevant expertise in the refurbishment of mineral surfaces as well as fulfillment of requirements according to DVGW worksheet W 316 Safe handling of MS Office applications; Knowledge of CAD and GIS systems desirable Communication strength, team capacity and safe occurrence as well as joy in building sustainable customer relationships.
