Monitor compliance with product, machine and work safety, hygiene and quality requirements for the production process Professional leadership of employees in the production sector Active communication with employees Training of employees for new activities / workflows Implementation of daily operational targets in terms of output and productivity Sensor testing and evaluation of ongoing production Ensuring compliance with CP and CCP, document management and allergen management Implementation of ERP accounting processes and their control Participation in continuous improvement of production costs Continuous exchange of information with the production team through shift reports etc. and cooperation on projects

(m/w/d), Machine and Plant Manager (m/w/d) or comparable training, as an alternative to several years of experience in food production Good knowledge of current legislation and hygiene requirements in food production Experience in handling SAP and Microsoft Office Teamplayer (m/w/d) with very good communication skills Performance and flexibility Standing for shift work (3-shift system)
