You control the creation of approval documents by internal and external partners and ensure the quality of all documents and opinions You take over the planning, preparation and implementation of legal processes – including reporting, interface management and information flow You talk to authorities and stakeholders, participate in participation procedures and represent the project to the outside You will participate in decision-making templates for our production projects and bring your expertise into focus You develop and maintain regulatory requirements for construction and operation and ensure their implementation

You have a completed university or university degree course (e.g. energy technology, industrial engineering) or a comparable qualification You bring in practice in dealing with public regulatory approval procedures and you ideally know yourself in administrative, planning and nature conservation law as well as in the energy industry You work safely with geoinformation systems (GIS), database systems and character programs such as AutoCAD – knowledge in the ELiA online portal is a plus You combine analytical thinking with a sense of decision, address problems in a solution-oriented manner and control complex tasks structured and responsible You are communicative, you like to work in the team, take responsibility and bring the necessary readiness – a class B driving licence completes your profile
