Your tasks:

• Communication with customers, technicians and the team
• appointment for technicians with the customer
• organization such as maintenance of schedules and collection and Disclosure of important information
• Documentation how to capture and manage all data on projects and orders
• problem-solving in the event of conflicts of time, short-term changes and if something goes wrong

Your profile:

• YOU have a commercial training (e.g. Kaufmann) (m/w/d) for wholesale and foreign trade, industrial business (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification
• YOU bring relevant professional experience in customer service
• YOU have very good knowledge of Office applications, in particular table calculation
• YOU have knowledge of German and English
• YOU are characterized by an analytical, independent thinking and Working together with good team skills
