Processing of ongoing plant accounting according to HGB, in particular settlement of installations in construction Implementation, control and booking of monthly depreciation Coordination of plant accounting with the main book Creation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts by HGB Installation and modification of plant master batches and internal orders Booking of asset assets Support for operational systems for plant accounting Account clarification and account analysis Cooperation with internal departments (e.g. controlling and inventory management) in investment projects Working on digitalization projects and on the further development & standardization of processes in the field of investment assets

Completed commercial training or study Professional experience in accounting, with close reference to asset accounting Very good knowledge in accounting according to HGB (especially property assets) Secure handling of SAP FI – AA, Excel and also knowledge in SAP MM High system, data and number affinity Good process understanding for end-to-end processes Strong analytical and conceptual thinking Very good German knowledge (C2) in word and writing
