This will be your job

• Maintenance and repair of technical equipment in the sales area (regions Zwickau, Vogtland, Chemnitz, Erzgebirge)
• Monitoring of building infrastructure
• Implementation of small maintenance work on site
• Coordination of external service providers for larger repairs
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations
• Documentation of all work carried out and measures
• Support in the planning of renovation and reconstruction projects

You bring that with

• Complete vocational training as an electronic:in, heating:in or comparable qualification in the field of building technology
• Multiannual professional experience in home technology or facility management
• Knowledge of electrical engineering, sanitary technology and air conditioning control
• Experience in handling building automation systems (e.g. KNX, LON)
• Basic knowledge of MS Office applications for documentation and reporting
• German min. C1 level
