• from 3 years of relevant professional experience, otherwise € 3124 to € 3318 brutto/month with lower/other professional experience You take over cleaning work in the area of maintenance and special cleaning in various objects in the city area of Darmstadt. You work either in the mornings/beforedays (early from 05:00) or in the afternoons/nights (long to 20:00), and also on weekends. You optimize the workflows, but also work in the team. You contribute to the monitoring of the provision of services by the pre-legislators. You support the object management in training measures. You show willingness to qualify for leadership tasks.

You have a successfully completed training as a building cleaner You can present a multi-year professional experience in building cleaning. You preferably have first leadership experiences. You bring enthusiasm for your profession and a sound quality awareness. You have the driving licence of the driving class B. You have a vaccination protection or immunity against measles or you show willingness to produce a vaccination protection against measles before the start of the activity. You bring social and organizational competence in dealing with the customer and the employees. You show interest in continuing training and bring the willingness to participate in occasional weekend work. You are characterized by your organizational skills, your sense of responsibility and your temporal flexibility. You work actively and convince with your target and customer orientation. You communicate safely in the German language in word and writing.
