We are looking for a dedicated specialist (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d), which accompanies and organizes certifications and standards for our worldwide products. You are a key contact person (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) for all the topics relating to standards, certification and regulatory requirements and create the necessary transparency and safety in a technically demanding environment with high quality requirements.

You coordinate the regulatory requirements for our products and systems and develop the existing processes together with the relevant departments. Certifications and conformity assessment procedures accompany you from preparation to successful completion. You support the establishment and maintenance of clear standards and requirements management. You will work closely with the areas of quality, design and purchasing, as well as with external inspection bodies and authorities. Internal and external audits as well as acceptances prepare and accompany them professionally. In addition, you will introduce your own ideas to continuously improve and standardize processes, documentation and traceability.

You have completed technical studies, for example in mechanical engineering, in process engineering or in industrial engineering. A comparable technical qualification is also interesting for us. Ideally, you have already gained professional experience in printing equipment, plant construction or in a comparable regulated industry. Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations, for example PED, AD 2000, DIN EN 13445 or DIN EN 12021, are advantageous. It is crucial for us that you can work safely on technical and regulatory issues. First experiences in cooperation with certification bodies or authorities are welcome, but no compelling prerequisite. You work structured and analytically and keep an overview of complex requirements. You like to communicate with different disciplines, work team-oriented and take responsibility. Good knowledge of German and English will help you to work with internal and external contacts.
