For our modern Paropraxis Mundsburg MVZ in the heart of Hamburg we are looking for a dental specialist (m/w/d) with a focus on reception, which enriches our team with organizational talent, friendliness and heart for people.

As the first point of contact for our patients, you will ensure a professional reception, a warm atmosphere and a smooth running at the reception – always with an open ear and a smile.

Your task area

• Friendly reception and care of our patients: on site and on the phone
• Coordination and administration of appointments incl. recall system
• Patient recording, master data management and digital document management
• Communication with health insurance companies and insurance companies (e.g. in case of questions on curative and cost plans)
• Account preparation and support in administrative tasks
• Organisation of reception area and ensuring smooth operations
• Participation in a positive first impression and a structured everyday practice

This will bring you

• Completed training for ZFA (medical specialists) or comparable qualification
• Experience in appointment, patient recall and practice organization
• Safe, friendly appearance to patients – both at reception and telephone
• Reduced handling of practical software (e.g. Dampsoft, Z1, Charly or comparable) and MS Office
• Secure knowledge of German in word and writing
