IT Operations Expert (m/f/d)

We are looking for you indefinitely at the next time and full-time as a backup for our IT team.

You manage and maintain our diverse IT system landscapes (including virtualization, backup, M365, Windows Client/Server, applications, databases, Active Directory)

You perform IT operations tasks or direct them - from installation, maintenance and exchange of hardware/software to system monitoring to release, version changes and automations

You design and plan infrastructure measures, responsible for the provision or Migration of new applications and evaluate IT architectures from an operational perspective

You are responsible for small to medium-sized IT projects and cooperation with external IT service providers and ensure smooth implementation

You take over the 2nd level support and actively introduce ideas to make our IT more efficient by standardization, automation and modern approaches

Senior Consultant (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification Extensive experience in IT administration such as IT infrastructure components, applications, client/server, cloud solutions Process knowledge in IT operations, e.g. ITIL Ideally, you have already gained experience with Oracle and MS Azure Knowledge of classical and/or agile project management is advantageous A quick understanding and analytical approach Service orientation, commitment and initiative as well as an independent working style Very good German knowledge and good English skills Joy in work and professional exchange in a heterogeneous team
