The webshop will be your main responsibility, but the other areas of an e-commerce manager will also benefit from your valuable input and expertise. Complete the completion of our eCommerce Shop concept and give the project the touch to make the 'Going to market' reality for us. We look forward to your expertise for the following challenges: Total operational responsibility for our new webshop (Shopware 6) – from finalization to going-to-market incl. Sales strategies. Modelling processes and interfaces and connection to our Microsoft Dynamics Business Central Cooperation with our agency and our internal software development team for the automation of product, price and order processes Ensuring quality, functionality and continuous development of the shop After technical and process preparation of the shop: Development and implementation of SEO/SEA and performance marketing measures Extension of product range (including cloud telephony, hardware, rental models) Coordination with sales for targeted supply design KPI Analysis for Performance Strength Preparation for the Internationalization of the Shop

You have successfully completed your studies in the field of business informatics, e-commerce, marketing, etc. or a training course, as well as at least 4 years of relevant professional experience in a comparable position You have broad experience with e-commerce processes and participating system landscapes (e.g. ERP, PIM, CMS etc.) You already have experience with ERP and shop systems such as Shopware 6, Dynamics 365 Business Central or others have led a webshop or (with) introduced You possess B2B and product SEO knowledge as well as technical know-how and interest in telecommunications You score with strong communication and team skills as well as a high degree of analytical skills, quality and customer orientation You bring excellent knowledge of German in word and writing as well as good knowledge of English
