As Sifa, you can choose one of our three locations in Karlsruhe, Freiburg OR Ludwigshafen as a working location and serve as a specialist for occupational safety all three locations as well as the associated construction sites. Advising executives and employees, carrying out training, quests, risk assessments and audits, as well as accompanying improvements in occupational safety are among the areas of activity. Mobile Working is possible one day per week, otherwise the site and construction sites in the region are used. You're always home in the evening. A company car with private use is provided. Common readiness to travel is necessary for the exercise of the place.

Advising management and employees on occupational safety and health Implementation and updating of risk assessments Assessment of agents, procedures, substances and workplaces Organisation and implementation of missions and internal security audits Analysis of accidents at work, evaluation of CVP messages and preparation of reports Training and awareness of employees in cooperation with environmental protection and quality Coordination with the company physician and organisation of the ASA meetings Regular reporting to the Head of HSEQ (Facility Services) and the leading specialist for occupational safety Introduction and monitoring of corrective measures and continuous improvements Participation in internal audits in other business areas

Your profile - you should bring:

Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations and DGUV rules Experience in hazard assessments and safety tests Communication strength, ownership and team capacity Safe handling of MS Office, ideally experience with HSE systems Industry-standard travel readiness to support the locations and construction sites in the regions of Karlsruhe, Freiburg and Ludwigshafen
