Design and manage core business processes: Optimize business processes of our customers in the healthcare sector through suitable IT solutions. Rate and set around: Implement complex IT systems with focus on software, processes and organization. Requirements Engineering: You systematically raise requirements in demanding projects and introduce your industry-specific expertise accordingly. Design IT solutions: The team develops individual IT solutions for our customers as part of digitalization initiatives. Test IT systems: You also take care of structured testing and/or test management in challenging projects. Project tasks in different roles: You work in classic and agile projects, such as (partial) project management, Scrum Master, Product Owner or Release Train Engineer.

Funded training: Completed study in an STEM subject Relevant professional experience in healthcare: You bring experience in implementing IT projects. Methods: You are familiar with common methods and procedures such as UML, BPMN, Scrum, Prince II, PMI. Technological understanding: you know well with relevant IT technologies and healthcare products, ideally also current IT topics such as cloud or robotics. Communication strength: Embossed communicative skills and the ability to inspire others characterize you. Language knowledge: Very good German and good English skills
