Your tasks include: Organisation and coordination of ongoing support Care and support of primary school children from Monday to Friday from 12:00 to 16:00 Planning and coordination of service and operational plans within the framework of the specified personnel resources Coordination and professional support of the staff employed Ensuring reliable, child-friendly care processes in everyday school with play, rest, movement and creative offerings Coordination with school management, administration, parents and institutions Participation in the pedagogical orientation and further development of the care offer Participation in meetings and conferences Organization of rooms, materials and services Communication with parents (e-mails, phone calls) Documentation of presences, special events and organisational processes Planning and implementation of regular team meetings Coordination with Catererer (including satisfaction surveys) Participation in matters of supervision, safety, prevention and child protection according to the applicable requirements Support for a valuable, reliable and school-based culture Depending on the qualification and specific task transfer, the body may additionally comprise tasks of a pedagogical specialist management function, in particular: Development, updating and evaluation of a pedagogical support concept Mandatory technical control of educational standards in the care team Structured quality development of the care offer Independent processing of difficult pedagogical clarification and conflict situations Technical interface work with school management, parents, support and, if necessary, external advisory bodies Implementation of personnel talks

We expect: Experience in the care, support or promotion of children in primary school age Educational understanding and joy in working with children Organisational skills and reliability Communication strength in dealing with parents, employees, school and supporters Ability to structured planning and coordination Responsibility, teamability and conflictability Sensitivity for issues of supervision, child protection, data protection and prevention Willingness to cooperate with a Catholic school and to participate in the Christian education and education mission Basic knowledge in Word and Excel A pedagogical qualification is desirable, for example as: State-approved educator / state-approved educator Social assistant / Social assistant Teacher with comparable qualifications Or other educational training relevant to schooling
