Development of concepts for the sustainable improvement of occupational and health protection and implementation of safety-relevant measures and projects Regular report on and consulting management Consultation of all persons responsible for occupational/brand protection in the equipment and design of workplaces, workflows and working environment Compliance with work and fire protection regulations Support in the identification of hazards, their assessment and determination of occupational safety measures Development and participation in the implementation of fire protection concepts Development and implementation of a teaching concept with executives Creation of mission plans as well as organisation, implementation and documentation of missions together with management Testing techn. Work equipment before commissioning as well as raw/auxiliary materials before new registration Selection, testing of personal protective equipment Support for managers in the detection and investigation of all accidents at work Support for managers in creating and revising work and operational instructions Contact to institutions and authorities relevant to work/brand protection Support for all projects in terms of safety and fire protection

Completion as a craftsman, state-tested technician or engineer successfully completed training as a specialist for occupational safety ideally additional qualification Hazardous Substance Officer according to GefStoffV and Safety and Health Coordinators according to RAB 30 at construction sites Very good MS Office knowledge Very good English skills Loadability, flexibility and high self-responsibility Problem-solving competence, rapid understanding and process understanding
