The place of work is the meat hygiene site Crailsheim.

In the accredited laboratory of the Crailsheim meat hygiene site, You investigate the meat of domestic and wild boars and other animals subject to examination on trichines. You perform other simple laboratory activities. You carefully log and document the results of the investigation.

The training course takes place over a period of 35 hours and takes place in the laboratory of the meat hygiene site in Crailsheim. A practical and theoretical examination is carried out internally by the supervisors in the laboratory. You will receive a payment in accordance with the collective agreement to regulate the legal conditions of workers in the meat inspection (TV study) of €19.32 per hour as non-fulfilment, even during training. The number of hours is flexible. After successful completion of the training course, an indefinite takeover is envisaged as a non-fulfilment employee in the trial examination after the TV study.
