Responsible management of regional and national construction projects in the engineering office Coordination of all project participants (planners, executives, authorities) and central contact person for contractors Ensuring appointments, quality and costs in all phases of the project Use of modern methods such as BIM, Lean Construction and SCRUM Management of construction projects taking into account sustainability criteria

Complete studies in civil engineering, architecture, project management or economic engineering First professional experience in project management or project management of construction projects (ideally multiannual practice) Technical understanding and ideally knowledge of relevant regulations (AHO, HOAI, VOB) Teamability, Communication Strength and Structured Operation Safe handling of MS Office and willingness to learn new things
