IT Business Analyst (m/f/d)

In the Bluefire project of our KISS team, you are working on the introduction and further development of the new SaaS-based customer service CRM based on the BSI Customer Suite You perform an interface function between disciplines, project management, implementation and operation for requirements engineering, change requests and rollout questions You analyze and document requirements, create concepts, specifications and user stories as a basis for implementation (the product backlog and prioritization are at project management during the project) You accompany and learn configuration and customization in the BSI Customer Suite, implement requirements and accompany tests and acceptances You support integration and data topics (e.g. REST APIs, Events, Batch) and work closely with other IT teams and support release and deployment processes Take the role of the Application Manager for the inventory system and ensure operation during the project runtime Perspective: With appropriate development, our goal is to develop you into the role of Product Owner for the new system in about 1.5 years. We support you through training, mentoring and PO certifications.

Successfully completed studies of (economic) informatics or comparable training and several years of relevant professional experience as a Business Analyst/Requirements Engineer in the CRM/Service environment Great readiness and joy to get to know the BSI Customer Suite in full; Ideally, you have first practice experience with BSI or comparable SaaS-based CRM systems (Salesforce, Microsoft, etc.) Funded methodological competence in request analysis and documentation (e.g. user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, BPMN) Very good understanding of contact center and service processes (ticket/case management, knowledge base, workflows, voice, CTI). Technical affinity and good IT skills: SQL, REST/Webservices, data models; Experience with Cloud/SaaS and Interfaces Safe handling of agile approach models such as Scrum/Kanban. You also feel comfortable in classic project structures without your own backlog management Analytical thinking, structured and independent working, as well as strong communication and stakeholder management and strong team player properties Secure handling of Microsoft 365, JIRA/Confluence, Miro, and genAI tools or comparable tools
