IT Business Analyst (m/w/d) for Requirements and Process Management (focus on MS Dynamics NAV)

Support the Risk Management Department in the further development of business processes, the identification of optimization potentials and their mapping in MS Dynamics NAV. Develop requirements definitions of the department and agree process ideas with the field and requirements management. Check the requirements for economic sensuality and establish necessary technical concepts and specifications. Support the request managers to coordinate the requirements with the respective IT Solutions Architects. Coordinate and carry out the specialist department tests for implemented/supplied IT adaptations. Create documentation for new or adapted workflows or processes in German and English.

You have successfully completed a commercial (bank)training or a university degree in economics, economics or comparable. You bring relevant professional experience in the financial services sector/in the banking sector and ideally experience in the leasing sector. You bring profound expertise in relevant areas, including e.g. Requirements management, IT projects, process optimization and testing. You have a very good, structured and analytical mindset. You convince with excellent communication skills and a safe and competent appearance. You have high IT affinity and preferably first knowledge in project and request management (ideally detectable knowledge and certificates, e.g. PRINCE2, IREB) Your strong organisational strength and a high degree of self-initiative, resilience and flexibility are both a highly structured, independent, as well as a goal-oriented and result-oriented approach. You have knowledge of German and English and you are confident and confident in handling the MS Office products.
