Short-term care nurse (m/f/d)

Accompanying, care, support You take over the basic and treatment care in stationary short-term care in the three-layer system and ensure individual, demand-oriented and activating care. You accompany and support patients during their temporary stay, promote their independence and advise relatives as well as reference persons. You document nursing services, take over administrative tasks and contribute to ensuring and developing a high quality of care. You work with various professional groups and external partners in a trusted and interdisciplinary manner.
