Service Technician - Marking Technology / Mechatronics (m/f/d)

You install marking devices directly at our customers: on-site and take them into operation professionally. You carry out independent maintenance, inspections and repairs – both in the field and in our workshop. You systematically analyze and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and electronic components and ensure the functioning of the systems. You process technical customer requests by phone, e-mail or remote access and provide users with access to the devices. You advise customers in a proactive manner on maintenance options and optimization potentials and are available as a technical contact:into the side. You create meaningful service reports and maintain the technical documentation in our ERP system to ensure our quality standard.

You have completed technical training, for example as mechatronics (m/w/d), electronics (m/w/d), industrial mechanic (m/w/d), electrical technician (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification You have knowledge of mechanics, electronics and control technology and have ideally experience in handling industrial marking, printing or marking systems You have good knowledge of troubleshooting and troubleshooting and are safe to use PC applications and technical software You have knowledge of network technology and industrial communication, good knowledge of German in word and writing and basic knowledge in English You ideally have experience in technical customer service or service and are characterized by a pronounced service and customer orientation You work independently, structured and solution-oriented, have a high technical understanding, are strong in communication and are confident in customers:
