As Long-Term Technical Customer Support France (m/w/d) you are part of Optima Pharma.

They are the first contact for our customers in France and, with a period of 12 months, ensure the production readiness of our new pharmaceutical plants in the field of syringes. In your role as a long-term specialist, you will ensure professional service by analyzing, editing and customer-oriented case-related support requests. If necessary, you will agree with the affected interfaces in Germany, coordinate them and initiate necessary technical follow-up measures.You will assist our customer, take on training of employees in production and in-house production references. For the purpose of company-wide transparency, you carry out the documentation of analytical results and ensure a sustainable development of Optima pharma. They have completed training as mechanical engineers, industrial mechanic or mechatronic technicians. They have experiences with our machinery and equipment, preferably in the field of pharmaceuticals. Through an intensive incorporation time, we offer candidates from the other business units the opportunity to apply for the position. Your enthusiasm for pharmaceutical technology and your interest in new challenges are much more important to us. You want to work closely with our customer on site. For this you are ready for a long-term use of 12 months. With your good knowledge of German and English as well as desirable knowledge of French, you will be able to obtain reliable communication with our local customers as well as with your colleagues in Germany.
