As In Service Support (ISS) Manager (m/w/d), you take over the planning and control of service contracts (national/international) for the After Sales segment. Here you have the responsibility for maintaining costs, quality and appointments. You thus ensure a continuous development of the service business with regard to spare parts, services and repairs. Your further tasks: Planning and control of ISS/Service/TLB contracts (national/international) for the after sales area Professional leadership of integration or service teams in the ISS area Acquisition, creation and negotiation of service contracts in coordination with the project team Development of innovative maintenance and operating concepts in Germany and abroad for military and civilian customers (m/w/d) Planning and control of national and international subcontractors involved in the project

Progress monitoring and evaluation of ISS-/Service-/TLB services Ensuring all relevant measures to achieve the respective ISS/Service/TLB success within the meaning of the corporate objectives

Complete technical bachelor studies with the subject of mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or comparable Multiannual professional experience in the handling of ISS/Service/TLB contracts or in the processing of large projects as integration manager (m/w/d) Extensive knowledge of software and hardware integration as well as training and operating concepts Good SAP/ERP knowledge English and English knowledge in word and writing High intercultural competence and willingness to work in an international environment Self-working and very good organizational, team leadership and communication skills Global readiness
