The municipal utilities association Baden-Württemberg (KVBW) is a public law body with the business areas of civil servants' care, aid, local staff service and additional care. The space division includes the state of Baden-Württemberg. The association's headquarters are Karlsruhe with a second office in Stuttgart. A completed study in the advanced non-technical administration service or a completed university degree in a comparable degree course (e.g. BWL or the like) Experience in organizing workflows, projects and teams Ability to set priorities and establish liability Very good opinion and clear written and oral communication Interest to take over leadership responsibility in the medium term Customer and service orientation Structure, pragmatism and joy of decision Loadability and Responsibility The site is designed for development. With appropriate performance and probation, further management and management functions can be taken over in the department.
