Specialist in Appeals Committees (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the independent control, organisation and coordination of the entire opposition procedure, including the planning, preparation and implementation of committee meetings and ensure a smooth process across all areas involved. You ensure uniform, legally secure and high-quality notification by means of central quality assurance and take over the professional decision-making competence in complex situations. You develop, document and standardize the processes in the opposition process, identify potential improvements and drive the continuous process and quality optimization forward. You coordinate the coordination between competence centers, the customer experience business unit and other relevant interfaces to ensure smooth cooperation. You prepare statistics and key figures across all areas of conflict, analyze them and derive recommendations for action. You develop proposals to adapt the Rules of Procedure of the Opposition Committees and are responsible for the implementation of standardised procedures. You support the expertise and expertise centers through coaching and professional support, secure the knowledge transfer and, together with team management, CVP managers and the business unit, provide targeted impulses for achieving goals.

You ideally have a completed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law or a comparable qualification in a field relevant to the enrolled job. Other educational paths or well-founded professional experiences with a similar orientation can also be suitable to meet the requirements of this position. You have several years of experience in managing complex administrative or specialist processes, ideally in the field of contradictions, legal or performance. You have very good knowledge of administrative, social or procedural law and are able to judge even complex matters legally. Your analytical skills allow you to evaluate key figures and statistics and identify relationships. You are characterized by a structured and self-responsive way of working and a high quality awareness. Your communication strength and consulting competence allows you to work safely with different disciplines and interfaces. A high customer orientation and a good process understanding complete your profile.
