You will get exciting insights into the areas of software development, databases, networks and IT systems and can apply your knowledge directly in practice. You actively participate in the design and implementation of modern software applications and collect valuable project experience. Modern development tools as well as methods of project management can be found in a variety of tasks and projects. By working with different business areas, you gain a comprehensive understanding of operational processes and business processes. In addition, you develop an understanding of the interaction of marketing and sales processes in ADAC's on- and offline channels. In addition, you participate in seminars on professional and personal development and develop your method and social skills.

You have an Abitur or a subject-bound university qualification and have achieved very good performance especially in mathematics, information technology, German and English. Ideally, you could gain first insights into the IT industry through internships. Technology, business processes and digital products will inspire you and you want to actively shape these topics. With commitment, initiative and interest in the profession, you bring the best conditions for successful training. A self-contained, structured and solution-oriented way of working is both reliable and responsible. In addition, you convince by team skills, very good IT skills and good English knowledge in word and writing. The regular mobility between the theoretical phases at the DHBW Karlsruhe and the practical phases in Munich is obvious to you.
