They are responsible for the overarching risk assessment and preventive risk mitigation of (construction)projects of the Bielefeld branch In the planning and implementation of construction projects, you support the departments with methods and tools of structural risk management They identify risks in projects and multiprojects, the performance phases of HOAI and the requirements of AHO (planning, tendering and awarding) They continuously develop our risk management approaches through identification of potential for improvement, participation in working groups and ongoing exchange with colleagues On the basis of early warning signals from various evaluations, in cooperation with Controlling and other stakeholders, you will develop appropriate countermeasures for potential and identified risks They control and coordinate the team of internal experts who, as part of a 360-degree analysis, examines and advises the projects submitted for opportunities and risks. They support the departments in the application process in creating planning and implementation applications for construction projects and plausibility these Teamwork is important to us! You have successfully completed your studies (Diplom/Bachelor/Master) in the field of architecture, civil engineering, industrial engineering or in another engineering discipline.
