In this position, you are the pivot and pivot point for our objects. Your focus is on: Holistic management: support of WEG facilities and interest rate houses Assembly management: preparation, implementation and moderation of owner meetings including logging Strength of implementation: Responsibility for the rapid implementation of decisions Customer focus: Individual and personal care of our owners: inside and outside Document audit and settlement management: Creation of legally secure operating expenses and implementation of document checks Show presence: Exterior dates and object visits

Qualification: You have a completed training to/from the real estate businesswoman or a comparable qualification in the real estate industry Expertise: You are safe in dealing with WEG law and current lease laws Personality: You are safe, you are strong in communication and keeps a cool head even in stressful situations Mobility: You don't have a problem with being on site for outside dates
