As a team leader selling fish (m/w/d) you will ensure the smooth running of all processes within the department. With your support and representation, you keep the back of the department management.

• Representation: You support and represent the department management in the management of the department, in the personnel deployment planning to ensure that our customers are supported • Customer service: You convince our customers from the gastronomy through competent advice and accommodating service around the fresh fish product range • Commodity: You support your colleagues in ensuring the flow of goods and implementing the presentation of goods • Quality assurance: Our customers can rely on the availability of fresh and high quality products, as You ensure compliance with statutory and internal quality assurance requirements (e.g. HACCP)

Education: You have completed training, e.g. in commerce or in catering (Koch (m/w/d), restaurant specialist (m/w/d), retailer (m/w/d)) Experiences and knowledge: At best you have first experiences in trading, a passion for fresh fish and a safe handling of MS-Office Customer orientation: Your pleasure in dealing with people and your enthusiasm for trade contribute to our customers always being satisfied with our service Organizer: You act responsibly and keep an overview in stress situations
