Analysis of existing customer communication and development of data-based concepts to increase customer retention and satisfaction

• Conception and implementation of measures in cross-functional teams
• Creating target group-oriented marketing content taking into account corporate and marketing objectives
• Evaluation of relevant key figures for success control, derivation of optimization potentials and implementation of improvements

Your qualifications

Completed degree in the degree course Business Administration, International Business Administration, Marketing and Sales, Communication Sciences or Comparative degree necessary

• First professional experience required in creating marketing concepts
• Experience in external customer communication desirable
• Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing are a must have
