Your tasks Leadership of a team of data quality and data management experts:increasing competence Operationalization of our data governance as well as the data management and support of the departments in implementing regulatory requirements (e.g. RDARR, BCBS 239) Establishing company-wide standards for metadata management, data lineage and audit-proof governance processes and further developing the data quality framework empowering the team to advise various departments of our house in the rule definition and to promote automation in data quality management Close cooperation with the 2nd line organisation and function as a change manager to actively promote a data-driven corporate culture Because you convince.
