Sustainability: Active participation in the sustainable development strategy of the companies of the Schwarz Group in the focus topic “Future Building” including the acquisition of (partial) project responsibility Responsibility: Integration of ecological and economic responsibility into the relevant business processes of the companies of the Schwarz Group Stakeholder Management: Inter-interface cooperation with our divisions as well as relevant departments of all hierarchical levels (immobilies, purchasing, sales, logistics, public affairs, etc.) Workshops: Implementation and management of workshops and working groups Control: Pre- and post-processing of voting appointments with internal and external experts to top management

Studies: Completed studies, e.g. architecture, civil engineering, (economic) engineering or real estate management with a focus on sustainable construction or Civil engineering Professional experience: Ideally multi-year professional experience in building project management, sustainable real estate development or green building Projects: Experience in the planning and implementation of projects Communication strength: Impressive skills in communication and presentation, conviction and enforcement strength Innovation capability: Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative and sustainable solutions Team skills: Joy in cooperation in in interdisciplinary teams Language knowledge: Very good knowledge of German and English
